SHUTTLE RACK

Shuttle rack system is composed of high density storage rack, shuttle car, convenient ex-warehouse and warehousing, high access efficiency during ex-warehouse and warehousing.

Application: Suitable for the goods with large quantity but in few kind, such as food, beverage, chemical, tobacco and so on.

FEATURES 

■ Operation flexible, the access of goods: FIFO and FILO are optional.

FIFO (first in first out) A passage is left at both ends of the shelf, and a shuttle is used to store or take out the goods at both ends.	FILO (first in last out) A passage is at one end of the shelf for the shuttle to store and then take out the goods.

■ Shuttle rack remove the need for forklift trucks to enter the aisles and hence offers a cost effective and time saving storage solution.

■ Better safety and anti-seismic performance than drive-in -racks.
